Singer Gustavo Mioto, 26, and singer Ana Castela, 19, announced that they separated this Monday (25). They had been together publicly since last June. Mioto stated that they are both at different points in their lives and that they have decided to follow other paths.
“I came here to share the news I least wanted. Ana Flávia and I crossed another border, and we are no longer together. Not for lack of love, because that has never been lacking, but these are different times and desires at the moment”, said Mioto in a post made on his Instagram page.
“There was no fight, there was no problem. It’s just not the time to start using the 7 lives. I pray and root for her and her family every day, and I will continue to watch her grow, and always be happy for her happiness. Breakups are difficult, even more so in this crazy life of ours, but we always learn a lot. I ask for respect for myself and her individually, just as I was as a couple,” he concluded.
Ana Castela is from Mato Grosso do Sul and became one of the most listened to artists in Brazil on YouTube singing her singleness to the sound of country music mixed with pop, funk and bregafunk.
Gustavo Mioto owns romantic country songs and comes from a middle-class family that has always worked with music.
