Elon Musk is expected to meet in court and the mother of his three children, Grimes. According to the Canadian singer, whose real name is Claire Bouchet, the CEO of Tesla won’t let her see their children. It is worth noting that the children of the billionaire live with their father.

Grimes, 35, previously accused Elon Musk of blocking her contact with one of her sons in a now-deleted social media post.

The 52-year-old Musk has – at least – 11 children with three different women. Grimes and Elon Musk have three children: X Æ A-1, known as X, born in May 2020, and a daughter named Exa Dark Sideræl – known as Y – born via surrogate in December 2021. A third child, a boy named Techno Mechanicus or Tau, was born last June and his birth was recently revealed in a biography about Elon Musk.

Grimes filed a “petition to establish a parental relationship” on Sept. 29 in a California court, according to court records published by Page Six. This petition is a legal way to find out who the parents of children are when they are unmarried, according to the California Superior Court in Orange County.

This comes just days after the 35-year-old tweeted: “… tell Elon to let me see my son or please answer my lawyer.” Grimes, as seen in the message, has not seen a single photo of her three children: “I have never been allowed to see a single photo of these children until now, despite the fact that the situation is completely tearing my family apart.” continued in a deleted post.

The musician, who was never married to Elon Musk, is clearly setting up a situation where a judge will determine custody rights, as well as child support. Unless Grimes is found to be an unfit parent, she will almost certainly have some custody rights.
