The famous tennis player Naomi Osaka in a lengthy post on social media she shared her worries about motherhood and revealed that she lost her confidence after the arrival of her daughter Shai.

“Something I’ve had to conquer recently is struggling with the thought that I won’t be a good mother. Many doubts crossed my mind, which I had to drive away like mosquitoes.” the tennis player wrote in her post on a black background in English and Japanese.

She then explained that looking at her three-month-old daughter, who she had with rapper Cordae in July in Los Angeles, she realized she had to deal with her feelings.

“Holding the hug I always think, “Wow, this little creature is so dependent on me, I have to do better. It’s such a strange feeling to watch your child grow, you blink your eyes and they’re twice the size in a matter of months. Gratitude reminds me to breathe and enjoy the little things (and the big),” added the tennis star. “I’m so grateful to have another year and I’m so grateful to everyone who believes in me“, concluded.
