Steven Tyler is sued for new alleged case of sexual abuse in the 1970s

Singer Steven Tyler, 75, leader of the rock band Aerosmith, is being sued by a person who accuses him of sexual abuse. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff in the lawsuit is a woman who in 1975 was 17 years old and alleges that she was kissed and groped in a New York phone booth without consent.

According to the publication, Jeanne Bellino was an underage model when she met Tyler and the band during a meeting at a party thrown by a friend. She says she was walking down 6th Avenue with Tyler and his entourage when she made a comment about a lyric in one of his songs. Then, the musician allegedly threw her into a booth and forcibly kissed her.

According to the document, Tyler pinned her against the wall and began “pretending they were having sex” during a moment of excitement.

After leaving the place, she claims she went to a hotel room with Tyler. And that he would have repeated her actions, groping her and simulating a sexual act while she was dressed. The young woman then fled the hotel.

In the process, Bellino states that to this day he needs medication to control the consequences of the trauma he suffered. When contacted, Steven Tyler did not respond to the report.

ANOTHER CASE

In late 2022, Tyler was accused of sexually abusing another minor in the 1970s and forcing her to have an abortion, according to Rolling Stone magazine.

In the lawsuit obtained by the magazine, Julia Holcomb accuses the musician of sexual abuse and assault, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress. She alleges that Tyler convinced her mother to grant him guardianship when Holcomb was 16 — which allowed her to live with him and have sexual relations.

Julia says they were together between 1973 and 1976. Although the lawsuit does not mention Steven Tyler’s name directly, the woman had already talked about the relationship before and the lawsuit itself contains quotes from the musician’s memoir.

In the book, without naming names, Tyler talks about “almost having a teenage bride” and that “her parents fell in love with me and signed a custody document so that I wouldn’t be arrested if I took her out of state. I took it on tour with me.”

According to the lawsuit, Tyler took her to his hotel room, where they argued. He allegedly “performed multiple acts of criminal sexual conduct” before sending her back home in a taxi.

Julia says she became pregnant with Steven Tyler in 1975, at the age of 17, and that she had an abortion after he threatened to stop supporting her financially.
