Elizângela’s daughter moves friends and fans with latest tribute: ‘May your light shine brighter’

Marcelle Sampaio, Elizângela’s only daughter, moved friends and fans of the actress by paying a final tribute to the actress, who died this Friday (3), victim of cardiorespiratory arrest. The therapist and leadership mentor spoke of love, light and wished peace for the mother.

“May the divine light receive you and spirituality guide you, my mother. Receive the warmth of love from your millions of fans spread across Brazil and the world. May your light shine brighter and even more intensely. May peace be your rest now,” he wrote in a message on social media. “Deep gratitude for your presence, your star in this life. Your daughter, Marcelle”, she concluded.

Married to fellow therapist Micheline Torres, Marcelle maintained a good relationship with her mother, despite political differences. While Elizângela, 68, was a Bolsonarist and even took a stand against Covid-19 vaccination (she even lost a role in the soap opera “Travessia”), she defended and supported current president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in the 2022 presidential elections. Marcelle He also asked his followers on social media to protect themselves from the virus.

Juliana Paes, who starred with Elizângela in the soap opera “A Força do Querer” (2017), paid tribute to her co-star as well as other actors. In Gloria Perez’s plot, she was the protagonist Bibi, daughter of Aurora, played by Elizângela.
