Former player Denílson de Oliveira refused a proposal from Serasa to be the poster boy for a campaign by Serasa, a credit bureau that receives information about customer debts from creditors and helps mediate a resolution between the parties.

The intention was for him to act together with the pagodeiro Belo in an advertisement, with the two saying that it was possible to eliminate their debts, especially with the help of Serasa.

However, the financial proposal did not please Denílson and did not reach the levels of other commercials he usually does. The plans have been scrapped, at least for now.

Ambev has also contacted Belo and Denílson for advertisements, but in this case, the situation is still open. One possibility is a claim during the carnival period.

Denílson and Belo resolved the legal dispute and signed a million-dollar agreement after more than two decades of imbroglio. The two had been at odds since the then athlete, at the time with Betis, in Spain, bought the rights to the band Soweto, and Belo, the then vocalist, asked to leave the group, being sued by the footballer for moral damages.

In the action, Denílson argued that Belo left the band without paying compensation. Denílson announced the end of the fight last week, and said he was happy with the end of the problem.

“As men, adults and professionals that we are, it was important to put an end to this mess that kept us apart for more than 20 years. Today, with joy, we bring this matter to an end. Thank you very much to everyone involved. Now it’s time to look forward. It’s over!” he wrote on social media.

Wanted by F5Denílson’s advisor chose not to comment on the matter.
