Although he claims that “my memory is shaky”, the book is full of delightful details of behind-the-scenes disputes, confused suitors and a falling-off-from-a-London bus incident.
Among other things, she talks about cloning her beloved dog for ‘Angelina Scarangella’, the name she gave to hotel bookings, while revealing that her marriage to James Brolin was the inspiration for ‘I Don’t Want Miss A Thing” by Aerosmith.
Today the multi-talented artist, 81, says her memoir marks the end of her career and dreams of spending more time at home.
“I want to live life. I want to get into my husband’s truck and travel, hopefully with the children somewhere close to us,” says the award-winning actress with disarming honesty.
“Life is fun for me when they come [τα παιδιά]. They like to play with the dogs and we have fun. I haven’t had much fun in my life, to tell you the truth. And I want to have more fun”
