Jewelry valued at almost R$3 million that belonged to Hebe Camargo is stolen in SP

Seven pieces of jewelry that belonged to Hebe Camargo, valued at almost R$3 million, were stolen in São Paulo. The objects, which now belonged to businesswoman Lilian Gonçalves, were allegedly taken by a former employee of the current owner of the items. The information was confirmed by the Civil Police, this Wednesday (8), in a note sent to the F5.

According to the investigation, a necklace, a pair of earrings and a brooch have already been recovered. “A woman, an employee of the location, was charged with theft with the qualification of breach of trust. A man was identified and his participation in the crime is being investigated. The investigations continue through the 14th Police District (Pinheiros)”, adds the note.

The current administrator of the jewelry is the daughter of singer Nelson Rodrigues and purchased the pieces after the presenter’s death, in 2012, in a transaction carried out with her son, Marcello Camargo. According to Lilian, a set of necklace and a pair of diamond earrings were taken, both in the shape of a shooting star (or comet); a white gold ring that imitates a rose; and another pair of red ruby ​​earrings and ring, as reported by G1.

Considered the Queen of the Night of São Paulo, Lilian Gonçalves revealed that she purchased the jewelry in 2019, in an interview with the program Conversa com Bial. “I was fascinated by Hebe Camargo and these jewelry belonged to her. I had the opportunity to purchase it and I was sure that Hebe wanted it to stay with me. Her son, Marcelo, dreamed that his mother asked him to stay with me. So, I said: ‘It’s mine'”, she said at the time.
