Marina Satti met the camera of “Studio 4” in her first interview after the announcement that she will represent Greece at Eurovision and talked about the search for songs for the contest, people’s reactions on the street, her favorite entries from the song contest.

“I am delighted to have been assigned this project. By receiving all this support, I feel that somehow the things that I, like Marina, wanted to achieve in my work, are happening faster“, initially said the singer, who revealed that for now she is not stressed, while lately she feels like a “national hero” in her neighborhood.

The singer said she is not thinking about what will happen in Malmö, Sweden on May 11, 2024, but is focusing on the song search process. “What I do now is to find nice ideas, nice references, we listen to songs that are sent to us – and many of them are from Greecehe said and added:We have to find the song, we have to find the story to tell and everything will be built on it».

When asked about the artist who has taken the Eurovision stage and stands out, Marina Satti mentioned Mahmood, who represented Italy in 2019 and 2022, the artist she would like to see at Eurovision is Bjork, while her favorite Greek act is Michalis Rakintzis with “SAGAPO”.
