The model made her acting debut this year in the Italian film “The Beautiful Summer”
Who better to grace one of the first issues of ‘Gen V’ than the up and coming Deva Cassel? Like the magazine itself, 19-year-old Cassel is just getting started. Her daughter Monica Belucci and Vincent Cassel she made her acting debut this year and now returns to modeling to pose for the ‘Gen V’ issue.
19-year-old Deva Cassel, naturally, talked about her famous parents and the lessons she learned from them.
“They taught me to always look forward, always protect myself, always be kind and always keep wonder in mindDeva stated. Bellucci and Vincent also share 13-year-old Léonie.
“There are many more, but the point is that they taught me how to handle unexpected situations and live by my own rules, while always respecting the people and the environment I’m in“, she added.
Deva also revealed that she didn’t want to become an actress because the fashion industry has always interested her, thanks to her mother’s influence.
“I remember flipping through my mother’s huge fashion books that she had in the house for as long as I can remember. Everything was so neat and beautiful. I knew I wanted to work in this industry at some point in my life, but I certainly didn’t expect to love it so much and make a living from it».

As the model entered the fashion industry, she also became interested in acting, which she once rejected. Deva starred in the film ‘The Beautiful Summer’ this year and will star in the upcoming Netflix series ‘The Leopard’.

Looking ahead, Deva stated that she dreams of traveling the world by the age of 30. For now, the 19-year-old has one destination in mind for 2024 – Japan – and hopes to “explore” the country in the new year. And while she may have famous parents (and a budding career), she also has more intimate teenage goals: spending more time with her family and getting her driver’s license.
