Dressed in white and wearing her hair in a light braid, the 56-year-old star has received plenty of praise – from the international media and more – for her choice to now appear without make-up.
The international media praised Pamela Anderson for her particular choice, which was very different from the rest of the celebrities who appeared at the awards. “Anderson caused a stir with her natural beauty,” they write, and some wonder if this is the start of a new era, while E! News called her an “idol” and a legend.
The “Baywatch” actress revealed a few weeks ago, the reason why she started to accept her natural beauty. The blonde bombshell, who made red swimsuits popular in the 1990s, said in an interview that her perspective on beauty changed after the death of her makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, who died of breast cancer in 2019. “Alexis Vogel was the best. And since then, I just felt that, without her, it’s better for me not to wear makeup.”
