Colombian actress, Sofia Vergara, managed to win injunctions for herself and her son against a persistent stalker whose name is Gregory Brown.

As TMZ reports, the famous actress accuses Brown of being a “mentally unstable stalker,” who claims to know her and her 32-year-old son Manolo, implying a relationship with her and her family.

With this decision, Gregory Brown must stay at least 100 meters away from her and her son, while he is prohibited from having contact with Sofia Vergara or any other member of her family.

Last November, the actress and presenter said Brown sent her a disturbing letter, in which he said: “I’ll be seeing and hearing from you very soon my love” and signed off as “Gangsta”.

It is noted that Gregory Brown was already arrested and jailed earlier this year for burglary and vandalism of Sofia Vergara’s property, in addition to making several attempts to approach the star’s family. In addition, the man has a criminal record that includes violent crimes. Understandably, the actress fears for her safety.

This is not the first time Sofia Vergara has faced such an issue. In 2020, she had been harassed by a man identified as Rengifo Randazzo, who was obsessed with her then-husband, Joe Manganiello.
