In 2020, after YouTuber PC Siqueira was the target of an investigation for alleged pedophilia, comedian Rafinha Bastos and influencer Cauê Moura ended their relationship with him. At the time, the three had a channel with one million subscribers that addressed behavior, called Barbados Island.
Now, the day after Siqueira’s death, internet users have gone to Rafinha’s page to criticize his attitude. Bastos’ latest post on Instagram has been flooded with comments regarding his former colleague’s death. Cauê, on the other hand, has restricted comments on his publications.
“I’ve always been a fan of yours, but I believe that in this situation both you and Cauê could have done something,” wrote a follower. “You and Cauê are to blame. The guy was acquitted and they didn’t reach out to a companion,” said another, remembering that the police found no evidence of child pornography in the devices seized from his house.
“Friend of the jaguar. He let go of a friend’s hand”, said another. The names of Cauê and Rafinha ended up among the most talked about topics on the internet this Thursday morning (28). Other internet users sided with the two YouTubers in this discussion.
“There’s no point in judging Cauê Moura and Rafinha Bastos now that the PC is dead. Be honest, if they had stood by the PC when all that exploded, the internet would do the same to them as it did to the PC”, said one opinion.
Neither of them have yet commented on PC Siqueira’s death. When contacted, they did not respond until the publication of this text.
