After the request for Ana Hickmann’s arrest made by her ex-husband, Alexandre Correa, for alleged parental alienation and failure to comply with a court order, the presenter tells the F5 who changed the date of the vacation and, therefore, did not hand over his son to live with his father last Wednesday (3), the day established by the São Paulo Courts for this to happen.
Through her advice, Ana responded: “It was agreed between the lawyers of Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa to transfer Alexandre’s (son) vacation period with his father to the 9th to 17th of January. The determination will be fulfilled, as per aligned between both parties”, he states.
When asked about this, Alexandre’s lawyer, Enio Martins, disputes this and states that the presenter would have changed the date without him and his partner knowing and that nothing has been agreed. “We are now going to a police station to file a complaint. She is disobeying a court order”, he tells the F5.
Hickmann’s advisor, when questioned once again, did not respond further.
UNDERSTAND THE CASE
Businessman Alexandre Correa, who last year was accused by Ana of bodily harm and domestic violence, went to court with a request for the presenter’s arrest. He alleges that she did not hand over the couple’s 9-year-old son to him on the date stipulated by the court.
O F5 had access to the document contained in the Court of Justice of the District of Itu, filed by judge Renata Cristina Rosa da Costa Silva. In it, signed on December 19th, it was determined that the boy would stay with his father between January 3rd and 10th, with pickup at 9am and return at 6pm, with the paternal grandparents being responsible for picking up and returning the child to the maternal home.
According to the arrest request, sent this Thursday (4) to the TJ-SP, Ana refused to hand over the child to live with her father.
