In a chat with the press this Thursday (4), Tadeu Schmidt revealed some of the news that will take place on BBB 24.
In a new dynamic called “In the leader’s sights”, three participants will be pre-selected by the leader on Friday. On Sunday, the day the wall is formed, the leader will definitively nominate one of the three to compete for the public’s votes.
“In the leader’s sights”, however, will not yet come into effect at the premiere of the reality show. Only after a few weeks will the dynamics take effect.
Autoimmune angel and cruelest monster
In the new season of the reality show, the angel will be more powerful than ever: it will be autoimmune and will even give immunity to someone else. This new feature will be in effect from the beginning of the program.
And as the angel’s test only takes place on Saturdays, it may happen that the angel is “In the leader’s sights” and manages to win the test, saving himself from the wall.
The monster’s dynamics are still valid and, according to management, this year the punishments will be heavier and longer.
The monster can be further punished by the leader, who will have access to the “leader’s center”, a control table where he can speed up the punishments.
Another new feature is the leader poll. On the reality show’s official website, the public will be able to give feedback on the week’s leadership using emojis.
In this edition, the Power of the Joker will depend on a little bit of luck on the part of the participant. When trying to win power, the participant may lose stakes instead of having a weapon in their hands during the vote. In other words: whoever has more stakes may simply not take power.
26 participants
BBB 24 will debut with 26 participants. On Friday (5), the so-called “Big Day”, the first 18 will be announced, between popcorn and boxes.
On Sunday (7), a vote will be opened during Fantástico to choose two more participants from among 14, seven men and seven women.
On the day of the premiere, three more men and three women will be chosen live by the public.
