The 1st Family and Succession Court of the District of Itu scheduled a conciliation hearing for January 31st to try to resolve differences between Ana Hickmann and her ex-husband, Alexandre Corrêa, in relation to the couple’s son.
Alexandre claims that he has seen little of the nine-year-old boy since the attack on his ex-wife, which occurred in November.
Ana Hickmann and her defense say they are complying with what was agreed. This Tuesday (9), the Record presenter left her son with his father for a few days of vacation together.
O F5 had access to the document of the Court’s determination on the conciliation attempt. It will be done virtually, and must be attended by both parties.
It will be the first time that Ana Hickmann will be in the presence of Corrêa since the case of aggression in a judicial situation. The idea of Justice is to determine who has permanent custody of the child, and for how many days the other can keep the child.
Alexandre Correia’s lawyer, Enio Martins tells the F5 that arrest warrants and other complaints about parental alienation against Ana Hickmann were revoked because of the hearing.
“Considering that on today’s date the court order was complied with, Alexandre’s defense communicated the facts to the judge of the case, and the arrest requests were suspended and other sanctions against the defined that on January 31st the parties will have a conciliation hearing” , he says.
O F5 He sought out Ana Hickmann’s office to talk about the conciliation hearing, but there has been no response yet. If you do, the report will be updated.
