Mia Goth is being sued for allegedly intentionally attacking an extra. The case would have occurred on the film set of the film “Maxxxine”, the third in the “X – The Mark of Death” trilogy, in April 2023.
According to the American magazine Variety, during a scene that required the actor to lie on the floor, covered in fake blood for pretending to be dead, Mia was supposed to run over him, look down and continue running.
But, in one of the filming attempts, Maria Gladys’s granddaughter allegedly kicked her in the head, which caused severe pain in the region and neck. The whistleblower claims he was later diagnosed with a concussion.
The actor also says that, after filming, Mia looked for him in the bathroom, belittled him and dared him to complain about what happened. He claims that, upon leaving the set, he had to stop driving the car twice because he felt like he was going to pass out.
Initially hired for three days of recording, production reportedly informed him that he would no longer need to return for the remaining two days.
The lawsuit also names director Ti West and producer A24. The newspaper TMZ states that the complainant is asking for US$500,000 in compensation and that Mia was contacted, but did not respond.
