BBB 24: Nizam says he regrets comments about Yasmin Brunet: ‘Sexist, ridiculous’

Nizam reflected on his participation in BBB 24 at breakfast with Ana Maria Braga this Monday morning (22). The ex-brother was eliminated from the reality show last Sunday (21). In tears, he said he regretted his comments about Yasmin Brunet’s body.

“That was hugely disrespectful,” said Ana Maria, referring to her brother’s conversation with Rodriguinho about Yasmin. “It was ridiculous and childish. I have a sister, my mother, my niece, imagine if I said that about them. I’m happy that now I can look at this mistake before it was much worse,” said Nizan.

“My comment was extremely unfortunate, sexist, ridiculous,” said the brother. However, he said he believed that a better conversation with Yasmin would have been enough to correct his mistake: “If I had said what I said in the room, I think the girls would have understood.”

Alane was also the topic of conversation between Nizan and Ana Maria. The brother said he was “stabbed in the chest” when he received his sister’s vote for the wall: “I felt like she gave me a knife in the chest. Not because we had something, but because of everything I did for her” .

The brothers had a romantic connection at the first party, but the chemistry didn’t materialize. “I really respected her space and her opinion. We agreed that when it was going to happen, it would happen,” he said.

Ana Maria also spoke about Alane fainting in Nizam’s arms while the two talked about Vanessa Lopes. “She told me she was nervous about cheating on Vanessa,” he said. The brother commented to Alane about the influencer always looking in the mirror, a subject he even talked about with his sister.

“It could have been different. I acted completely wrongly. I was unhappy in my words and in my actions,” he said, adding that he did not pay attention to the impact that his statements could have on Vanessa’s mental health.
