Sotiris Lamai left Survivor and no one expected this development in yesterday’s duel!

During the duel that would determine the player to leave, Alexis Pappas and Rob James Seymour were the first to secure their stay in the game. Stamatis Taladianos and Sotiris Lamai dueled until the end, tying at 3-3. At the most critical moment, Sotiris Lamai consciously stayed behind during the match, recognizing as he said, Stamatis’ desire to stay in the game was more important.

He explained his stance by saying, “I’ve learned in my life when God tells you to stop, then you have to stop. I felt inside that my leg is not helping me to continue on Survivor. I was given the opportunity to live a lifelong dream, for some it may sound funny, but for me it is a lifelong dream that I have come this far. I think that in two weeks I experienced what I could have experienced in six months. The feelings are very strong, I have received a lot of love from my team.
I always operate with my soul and many times because with my son I have a marathon for many years, I made my effort. I fought in the last match as much as I could with my heart, I did not succeed and I will have to go about my life as I have been doing for so many years. It is a blessing for me to co-exist with you. It’s a beautiful feeling, people who maybe in the first days misunderstood you feel that you have a soul, you have humanity and above all you have learned to respect and have fair play.”

The two teams bid an emotional farewell to Sotiris, while a little earlier, the prize match had been preceded by several tensions and upheavals in the score. Fanis and Dora were the ones to secure the prize for the Blues with the former celebrating wildly leaving spikes towards the Red team and Katerina Dalaka. In the end, however, everyone seemed to put the events of the previous day behind them, dwelling on the emotional charge of leaving.

The dynamic showdowns on the battlefields and the human relationships that evolve under difficult conditions in the biggest survival game are winning the interest of the TV audience that kept SURVIVOR in the first place in its broadcast zone for the month of January, with an average of 18.8% in general audience and 16.8% in the dynamic audience (18-54).
