The Lagoinha Church, led by pastor André Valadão, acquired this week the old headquarters where the reality show A Fazenda, on Record, was recorded. The deal was celebrated on social media.
The announcement was made by the Lagoinha Alphaville Church, located in Greater São Paulo, and led by André Fernandes. He celebrated the fact that a space used in a “mundane” program was used for evangelization.
“I came here to record this video on our farm. I don’t know if you already know this news, but we bought A Fazenda da Record, where that TV show was recorded a few years ago. This will be the birthplace of Avivamento, of healing, salvation, transformation”, said Fernandes last Tuesday (6).
Pastor André Valadão, president of Lagoinha Global and leader of the evangelical congregation, commented on the publication of the announcement made by André Fernandes. “Blessed be Jesus. May every life be filled with the love and power of God,” he said.
O F5 found that the deal was done for around R$6.5 million, which was the owners’ request. Record was no longer linked to the property.
The farm had been for sale since 2019 and was announced online, as Record started using another space, in the city of Itapecerica da Serra (SP).
Initially, the real estate company that owned the property asked for R$9.3 million, but there were no interested parties. The request was reduced, and the negotiation was concluded at the beginning of this year.
The place has more than a thousand square meters, and has six suites, hydromassage, living room with three rooms, two kitchens complete with hoods, wood stove, 190m² adult pool and children’s pool, dry and steam saunas, five bays, four paddocks, shed for implements and caretaker’s house.
