“I’m going to have to go, it’s my health, I can’t take it anymore. What I’m feeling could be psychological things, emotional things, and I have to take care of myself. First me, then the money. Money doesn’t matter to me”, David continued with his friend.
Isabelle tried to calm him down: “I can understand you, I sometimes feel that way too. Judgment, some types of looks, anyway. But let me tell you, you’re here for yourself, for your family.”
“Also, but first my health. We earn the money later, we earn it”, replied Davi. “If I don’t win, no one dies. That’s it. Leave it to them to kill themselves for the money. I didn’t come here to kill myself, or fight, or get to the point of putting my physical health on the line for this prize. I’d rather have three reais in your pocket than to continue like this for three million”, he said.
