Jennifer Aniston revealed the three exercises that help her stay fit and in shape. The 55-year-old actress posted her morning workout routine on Instagram.

The video shows Aniston doing a variety of exercises, including sit-ups, deadlifts, and push-ups, among others. The actress seems to be stressed by the rigorous training, which is why she collapses on a black mattress shortly afterwards.

“God… You know those days when you just don’t want to do it? You just have to do it”he says while face down on the floor.
