Kylie Minogue to be honored with ‘Global Icon’ award
Dua Lipa will “open” them BRIT Awards 2024while the evening will “close” with Kylie Minogue at London’s ‘The O2’ arena on Saturday night.
The ceremony, which will be hosted by Maya Jama, Roman Kemp and Clara Amfo, will also feature a host of guest presenters in a celebrity-starred evening.

Also taking to the stage will be Ellie Goulding and Calvin Harris, Raye and Becky Hill with Chase & Status. Kingsley Ben-Adir, Green Day, Charli XCX, Ashley Walters, Joe Keery, Aitch, Jaime Winstone, Jonathan Bailey, Luke Evans and ‘Back to Black’ Amy Winehouse actress Marisa Abel will help present the awards .
During the event, Kylie will be honored with the award “Global Icon”while Dua Lipa is nominated for both Song of the Year and Female Artist of the Year.

Kylie Minogue has sold over 80 million records worldwide and won three Brit Awards, receiving her first nomination in 1989.
After the announcement he said: “The UK has always been my home so the BRIT Awards have a very special place in my heart. I have amazing memories of the awards over the years and I can’t wait to be back on stage at this event.”
