Andressa Urach removes ribs in new extreme procedure: ‘It was a dream’

Andressa Urach, 36, underwent another extreme aesthetic procedure: in order to slim her waist, she removed two ribs.

The model showed off the bones removed through surgery on her social media. “How beautiful my ribs are,” she wrote.

In another publication, before undergoing the procedure, Andressa showed images of her consultation with the doctor and stated that she was making a dream come true.

“Today I came to fulfill a dream: to remove the ribs”, said the former participant of “A Fazenda” (Record).

The doctor who operated on Andressa, Gustavo Ramasco, explained about the procedure on his social networks: “I came to assist Andressa Urach, who has the dream of improving her waistline even further by removing her floating ribs. We performed the first costal remodeling surgery” , he stated.

According to the surgeon, the technique promises to reduce waist circumference by up to 15 centimeters. Urach also took the opportunity to undergo other procedures, such as liposuction on her arms and changing her breast implants, and continues to recover at home. “First we become ugly and then we become beautiful,” she wrote.

It is worth remembering that, ten years ago, the model had a serious complication due to an aesthetic procedure with hydrogel filling in her leg, which necrotized the tissues. She was at risk of dying and spent months in hospital, part of the time in the ICU, in a very serious condition.
