The album released in 1999 includes the classic songs “Porcelain”, “Natural Blues” and “Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?”. “Play” has sold over 12 million copies worldwide and is the best-selling electronic music album of all time.
Moby has confirmed that he will tour the UK and Europe this September, his first in Europe in a decade.
“It’s been over 10 years since I toured, but someone reminded me that 2024 is the 25th anniversary of the release of ‘Play’, so it might not be the worst idea to do a short European tour to celebrate” said the musician and producer.
“What makes the tour more exciting for me is that I won’t be paid. 100% of my profits will go to European animal rights organizations” he clarified.
