Wearing a t-shirt from singer SZA’s tour, ex-BBB João Pedrosa told F5 that Lollapalooza is her favorite festival.

“It’s the festival that I most identify with. I think it has the ability to bring together the artists that were my achievements during my adolescence, and at the same time, the artists that I listen to today”, he says.

On Friday (22), the first day of the festival, João enjoyed the Blink 182 show, which marked his school years. “Friday was the teenage João and Sunday was today’s João”, he says.

“I had the opportunity to see SZA in New York, in October, and when she announced she was coming here I was very excited. I bought this t-shirt at her show in New York”, says João, who participated in the 21st edition of BBB .

João was in the festival lounge accompanied by YouTuber Foquinha, a friend and owner of a YouTube channel on which he became a commentator. “Every Wednesday, Foquinha and I do a live broadcast commenting on BBB. It’s a different experience being a spectator”, he says.

Regarding cases of racism in editions of the reality show, João is categorical: “That’s what I always say: this always happens, the difference is that on BBB it is televised.”

In the 21st edition, country singer Rodolffo compared João’s hair to a caveman’s wig. The participant was very offended and the case generated great repercussions.

“People need to change, but I think the discussions are progressing. But we will always end up seeing this, because it is rooted”, he says.
