The 54-year-old “Brenda” criticized the endless “attacks” of the press and social media towards Kate Middleton all the previous days.
“Being a public figure doesn’t mean you belong in the world,” Doherty wrote in an Instagram post.
“We all have the right to go through an illness or to live privately,” he said.
“Princess Kate, I admire your strength through the endless onslaught you’ve faced while going through this difficult time,” the actress wrote in her post.
