The revelation that he underwent a third open-heart surgery – in which he was also fitted with a pacemaker – was made by “The Terminator” Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Speaking on the ‘Arnold’s Pump Club’ podcast, the famous actor and former California governor joked: “Last Monday I had a pacemaker operation and I became a bit more of a machine,” referring to his Terminator roles.

According to the DailyMail, the Hollywood star has opened up about his heart problem – he said he was born with a bicuspid aortic valve – against his “Austrian upbringing”.

In fact, he said that he has received many messages from people who were born with the same health condition, who “gained courage and hope to face their own respective problems.

“I want you to know that I am doing great! I had my surgery on Monday and by Friday I was already at a big environmental event with my friend and colleague Jane Fonda… By the way, when we talk about exercise being the only magic pill that slows down aging, look Jane. She is ten years older than me, she turns 87 this year!” he added with humor.
