To prepare for the movie Marry Me, the star followed a very specific set of exercises with an emphasis on the abdomen with a different but super effective exercise that stimulated her body. This exercise is called dragon flag and strengthens the abs and buttocks.

How do we do the dragon flag exercise?
First we lie on our backs on an exercise mat with our arms outstretched to the torso and lift it off the ground and bring the legs towards the torso, keeping them in a straight position.
