Schwarzenegger’s son says his father takes it hard when they train together: ‘You can’t say no to the Terminator’

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s youngest son, actor Joseph Baena is in Brazil for the tenth edition of his father’s bodybuilding event, the Arnold Classic, considered the biggest in Latin America.

In an interview with Danilo Gentili on The Noite (SBT), Baena, 26, said he was overweight as a child and talked about his training routine with his father.

“We started training together from time to time and he showed me what the tricks are and how to do it right to make the muscle grow,” he said. “He doesn’t push me to the limit, he goes over the limit. I always do my best when he’s there, after all, you can’t say no to the Terminator, right?”, he joked.

Joseph is Schwarzenegger’s son with his former Guatemalan maid, Mildred Baena. The actor, who was married for 35 years to Maria Shriver, had an extramarital affair with the employee. He is also the father of four other children with his ex-wife.

The youngest, who is also an actor, is preparing to release his first film work, the film “Gunner”, alongside Morgan Freeman. “It’s a film with a lot of action. It’s about a special forces agent who has his children kidnapped by a cartel in the middle of a trip and he has to save them. It’s going to be really cool and I’m very excited for the release,” he said. .

The actor, who has participated in Dancing With The Stars, the USA’s Dance of the Celebrities, also said that he is loving Brazil.

“Everyone is being so nice. The food is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Best meat, best sushi in the world. I tried several different restaurants and had the different drinks you have here, like the caipirinha”, he said. “It’s really cool to be here representing my dad and the organization.”
