Viih Tube may have planned well the three-day birthday party of Lua Di Felice’s first year of life, but the influencer didn’t have a plan involving one of the event’s attractions. Hired to close the second day of the celebration at a luxury resort in the interior of São Paulo, this Saturday (13), singer Manu Bahtidão did not perform.
On social media, several people, who are following the event, speculated about the reasons for the artist’s non-performance. According to the Gossip do Dia profile, Manu was late and would not have liked the tone of the conversation he had with Viih Tube and Eliezer. She left without going on stage.
With more than 32 million followers, Viih Tube made a video to explain the situation and ask people not to attack Manu for what happened. “Yes, she came. I believe she gave as much as possible to put on the show. I see a lot of people criticizing, but I don’t think this is the time for that, I don’t want anyone insulting anyone, you know?”, he said.
The ex-BBB said that she offered the entire structure for Manu to perform, that she had already provided a jet to bring her to São Paulo, but in addition to the delay, the singer also missed the jet. Viih Tube explained that, despite being upset with the singer’s delay of more than 2h30, Manu was still offered to perform the show in a shorter format, but due to another commitment, she left the party without performing.
“I don’t want you to think it was an issue with our structure, because we did everything we could to make her feel as comfortable as possible and I hope she did while she was here,” said Viih Tube. “Her show was the most anticipated, it was going to end the night and it was very special. Her song is mine with Eli, but it didn’t work and everything is fine, guys. I believe she made an effort and something serious happened, didn’t it? I know, and she couldn’t get there in time.”
Manu Bahtidão also spoke out and denied having refused to go on stage. “God knows me and knows that I would never do anything to harm someone, all I did was try, I tried until my last moment! All measures are being taken legally”, stated the artist, who said that she will reimburse Viih Tube and Eliezer, since the show was not held.
