She continued the report: “Heavy rains have flooded entire cities in most of the state. It’s not one or two cities, there are more than 350 cities affected. They are isolated, roads and bridges are destroyed, people don’t have electricity, there is no clean water to drinking. Many were separated from their loved ones”, lamented Gisele.
