A mortgage foreclosure auction was scheduled for next Thursday (23). A notice from the Shelby County Circuit Court states that Graceland and surrounding properties would be sold to the highest cash bidder.
Naussany Investments and Private Lending’s version is that Keough’s mother, Lisa Marie Presley, took out a US$3.8 million loan in 2018 and used the iconic mansion, where Elvis’ remains are located, as collateral. .
And they claim that Lisa Marie would never have paid the debt. She died in 2023, aged 54. Keough argues that the loan is fake.
