Anitta mocks the Chamber’s motion to repudiate: ‘I’m devastated, how am I going to live?’

by

Anitta made a joke about the repudiation motion approved last Thursday (23) by the Chamber of Deputies against her, Madonna and Pabllo Vittar. In the text, parliamentarians accuse the trio of promoting “harmful content” at the Copacabana show.

Following “stories” published this Saturday (25), Anitta made fun of the text, proposed by congresswoman Chris Tonietto (PL-RJ). “Today I woke up devastated, desolate, without ground,” she said ironically. “I’m really bad, I’m really worried, this has ruined me. How am I going to live?”

In another video, the singer reflected on the involvement of deputies in the issue. “The guys have time, right? I’m impressed with the time they have for these things. Instead of spending that time helping families in Rio Grande do Sul… If it’s to solve a serious business, they don’t have that time , everything takes time. Now, do you have time for this nonsense? Go to work, guys. I only had time to see this myself now.

In the motion of repudiation, parliamentarians criticized Madonna’s show for “vilifying the faith of the majority of the Brazilian population”, and “harmful content, with a strong erotic bias”.

“The aforementioned singer [Madonna] symbols and elements of satanic rites were used, in clear mockery of the Christian religion”, says the text. The motion to repudiate has no legal consequences for the artists.
