A few hours after calling Diogo Defante a “braggart” and a “sucker”, Neymar sealed a peace agreement with the comedian. The football player shared an excerpt of his conversation with Defante on Instagram in which he said his friend “is forgiven.”
It all started with a publication by Defante on X (ex-Twitter) which was seen as a hint towards Neymar. The football player then used social media to say that the comedian was using him to “get a boost”.
In the print shared by Neymar in stories, Defante said he was relieved. “I was in a bad mood here. I f*cking love you. I did sh*t!!! I recognize it”, wrote the comedian.
“He wants to play with everything”, explained Neymar. “He caught me on the wrong day. I called right away,” he laughed.
“I felt terrible, but I understood your side. General pillaging you. But nothing will happen”, replied the comedian.
The subject behind Neymar’s exchange of insults with other celebrities on social media is the PEC (Proposed Amendment to the Constitution) that transfers marine land in urban areas of the Union to states and municipalities or to private owners. Environmentalists point out that the text gives scope for the creation of private beaches.
It was this topic that motivated Luana Piovani to criticize Neymar this Thursday (30).
Two weeks ago, the player announced a project with the developer DUE, which foresees 28 projects on the coast of Pernambuco and Alagoas. “We are going to transform the northeast coast and bring a lot of social and economic development to the region,” said the player in a video on Instagram, which generated criticism from activists and the public.
Piovani made videos on the topic in stories. “We have to have this kind of wear and tear. How do we have to fight for not privatizing beaches? And here comes this ignoble person, this former idol, who has really done a lot… Of course he did, if not he was who he is today. But how can a person end up with everything he built like that?”, asked the actress.
Defante, in turn, made a post without mentioning the player’s name, in which he wrote: “Privatize my p*u’s head.” Neymar reacted with public criticism of him.
Neymar’s team, however, published a position note alleging “total disconnection of its private initiative with PEC 03/2022”. O F5 found that the player’s legal team began the procedures to take action against Piovani because of her statements.
