David Beckham shut down talk of their long-awaited reunion tour once and for all Spice Girlssaying that “unfortunately it won’t happen”.
Beckham, 49, cited his wife’s beauty and fashion business as the reason the tour is not taking place. Mel B had hinted that the Spice Girls would reunite, never denying it.

The last time all five women – Victoria, Mel B, Mel C, Emma and Geri – appeared together was at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympics.
David, who graces the cover of Variety, said: “I know it’s what people want, but to be honest, I think I was the most excited of all.”

Referring to his wife’s birthday he said: “All the girls have been on stage together for over 15 years. So to have them all there on stage, to have our youngest son playing guitar was amazing.”
In the interview, the athlete categorically denied the rumors of a tour, saying: “Unfortunately, this is not the case. Victoria was so happy to see the girls – and they were a huge part of her life – but, obviously, all the girls have their own things to do. Victoria is fully involved in the beauty and fashion business. If anyone is busier than me, it’s her”he added.
