I don’t look like a villain, but I want to have fun doing bad things, says Maisa, now an actress at Globo

Happy with the opportunity to star in her first soap opera on Globo -and the third of her career-, Maisa Silva, 22, gave more details about her character Bia, in the plot “Garota do Momento”, around 6pm, scheduled to premiere for the second semester.

In an interview with Ana Maria Braga on Mais Você, she said that she hasn’t received all the scripts yet, but she already has an idea of ​​what the role will be like.

“I don’t look like a villain, but I want to have fun doing bad things”, she joked. According to her, Bia is “annoying and nauseous” and will not have such bad actions, but rather a youthful wickedness that is not always successful.

The idea is to disrupt the girl’s plans in the soap opera by Alessandra Poggi, whose name has not been revealed. Set in the 1950s, the story will revolve around a young woman’s search for her mother and her struggle to succeed in life and make her dreams come true in Brazil.

“Doing a soap opera on Globo is a dream for many, I just didn’t imagine it would happen now. It came at an exact moment, without planning, it was the ideal moment to face it”, commented Maisa.

Negotiations between Maisa and Globo began a few months ago. The young woman had to keep it a secret even from her closest friends before announcing the news. “I even cried with happiness, because I knew it would work,” she recalled.

Now, she says, one of the coolest parts will be going to live in Rio de Janeiro, a dream she has had since she was a child. Larissa Manoela, a friend since the SBT soap operas, has already invited her to be her neighbor. “Lari was one of the first people who found out.”
