The official announcement for the digital release of No Way Home, was accompanied by the live representation of the famous meme, which shows the three different Spider-Man showing each other. The film will be released on all VOD platforms on March 22, while the blue-ray comes on April 12.
In the photo that accompanies the announcement, we see Tom Holland, Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield in their normal uniforms, but without the masks. And of course they point the finger at each other.
Recently, No Way Home surpassed Avatar and climbed to the third place of all time in the Box Offfice of America. The total amount to date has reached 789 million and logically the film will be in theaters until it reaches 800. The Avatar, which has now dropped to fourth, is at 760.4 million.
The new Spider-Man movie premiered in mid-December and within a few days became the biggest commercial success of the pandemic season, with the third best first three days of all time in America. In the first two places are the Endgame of the Avengers with 858 million dollars and of course The Force Awakens with 936 million dollars.
Spider-Man’s new film unites three generations of films, as next to Tom Holland we saw Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield return to their roles. At the world box office it has reached revenues of 1.8 billion and even without the purchase of China, since no premiere has been set for the country yet.
