Former BBB Gil do Vigor is spending the week in New York to fulfill a schedule of appointments and, this Monday (28), he had the opportunity to visit the city’s Stock Exchange. There, he also met Mayor Eric Adams.
“I’m here in force, there’s a joy today, knowing the Stock Exchange, I’m extremely excited,” he said on his Instagram profile. “I’m going to keep it a secret, I’m not going to make stories today to have all the contents tucked away and, at the right time, I’ll show you guys to see.”
He was accompanied by directors Paula Ganem, responsible for Latin America at the Stock Exchange, Luke Brown, from healthcare and Joe Semsar, from consumer and retail.
“In addition to having the honor of meeting the mayor of New York, I was able to see the trading floor of the NY stock exchanges, understand all that and see what I imagined, what I envisioned being realized in front of me. It was an incredible experience”, said the former. -BBB in note. “It’s an experience that unfortunately not everyone has the opportunity to go through. I had and enjoyed it a lot. It was as if God wanted to speak to me during this visit.”
Even outside the most watched house in Brazil, the economist continues to follow the reality show that made him famous. On his Twitter, he wrote an appeal to the program director. “Boninho, put me in there even if it’s one day,” he wrote. “(…) I don’t even want the award, I just want to explain what the BBB is.”
