The actress listed five benefits of masturbation during menopause and encouraged people to practice self-knowledge. “Realize it, silly. In the video, Claudia encouraged women to discover their own pleasure and began by pointing out that female masturbation relieves stress and improves mood. Then, she explained how it strengthens the pelvic muscles and helps lubricate the vagina. Finally, the mother of Enzo, Sophia and Luca commented on the increase in self-esteem that comes with knowing her own body.
