Advertising champion, Gil do Vigor leaves Mynd and is now represented by Globo

One of the main names to leave Big Brother Brasil in recent years, economist and influencer Gil do Vigor is no longer represented in advertising by the agency Mynd, one of the internet giants. As of August 25, Gil will be represented by Globo in the advertising market.

The communications company will start to manage contracts through Viu Hub, Globo’s influencer arm, which already has other important names on the internet and presenters hired by it, such as Eliana and Tadeu Schmidt.

O F5 found that Gil do Vigor was the influencer with the highest advertising sales at Mynd, along with Pabllo Vittar and Luísa Sonza. His departure was deeply felt by the agency.

Founded in 2017 by journalist and psychologist Fátima Pissarra, Mynd claims to have 450 agents, 400 employees and an annual turnover of R$350 million.

Recently, the agency has come under fire for its links to controversial Instagram profiles that publish information without checking it. This has caused a drop in Mynd’s sales in the advertising market.

To the F5Globo confirms the hiring of GIl do Vigor for Viu Hub. The influencer says that his change of company was a well-thought-out strategy and says he is very grateful to Mynd for the work he has done in recent years.

Currently, Gil do Vigor is the digital influencer with the most advertising contracts in Brazil. In July alone, the former BBB contestant was the poster boy for brands such as Santander, Vivo and Vitarella. Since he started in advertising in July 2021, Gil has campaigned for 60 companies.

In addition to the advertising agency contract, Gil do Vigor continues to have an artistic contract with the broadcaster. He is a regular participant in Mais Você, hosted by Ana Maria Braga.
