The music video for “Eazy”, the new single by Kanye West, 44, was made available by the singer on his social networks. In the song, the rapper makes threats to Pete Davidson, 28, the current boyfriend of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, 41. And in the images, the comedian appears to be buried alive and decapitated by West.
In the clip, all done in animation, Pete’s head is put on the spot. At one point, Kanye’s character drags his tormentor’s grieving body with a bag over his head. When the face is revealed, he throws seeds and roses on top, in reference to a truck full of roses he sent Kim on Valentine’s Day. Kanye also appears with his rival’s head in his hands.
The song “Eazy was released in January on digital platforms. In the part where Kanye attacks Pete, the lyrics indicate that the rapper could give the comedian a beating.
He sings about an accident he got out of death in 2002, and then he chants, “God saved me from that crash just so I could beat up Pete Davidson.”
This fact made the comedian increase his personal security by fearing any kind of violence on the part of the rapper and his followers according to Radar Online.
The release took place this Wednesday (2), the same day that Kardashian was declared legally single after a legal dispute. Kanye was not present at the video conference, but his lawyer did not object to the decision.
According to TMZ, the only wish granted to the rapper by the judge was that either party has the right to obtain a refund of the money that should have been divided in the event of the death of one of them.
Kim had been asking the judge to restore her single status in the documents since December. She also said that she asked Kanye to keep the divorce a secret, but that he preferred to cause “emotional distress” in postings about it on the internet.
Kim has been dating comedian Pete Davidson since late last year. West has since published a few attacks on him and even claimed a small victory in his war against the comedian when he deleted his Instagram profile. The singer has also appeared in new relationships, such as with model Julia Fox.
