Adriana Sant’anna used social media this Monday (2) to share new news about the health status of her husband, Rodrigão. The influencer and former BBB said that her partner remains in the hospital, in Orlando, United States, recovering from the removal of a tumor in the adrenal gland three days ago and also thanked everyone for their prayers and support.
She said she is awaiting a discharge date. “The days have passed quickly. The peace that surpasses understanding has taken over our lives! The power and glory of God in this room is inexplicable! We are happy and grateful at all times! Thank you for your prayers at all times!”, she wrote on her Instagram Stories.
The former BBB contestant (the duo participated in the eleventh edition of the Globo reality show) was hospitalized on Friday, August 23, after bleeding in the liver and kidney region. Initial tests detected a tumor in the adrenal gland.
Rodrigo underwent an initial procedure to contain the blood, called embolization, and remained hospitalized until the tumor was removed and taken for a biopsy. He has now left the Intensive Care Unit and is in a private room at the hospital awaiting the results and a medical discharge.
