Actor Marcos Oliveira, Beiçola from “A Grande Família”, was saved from eviction by his namesake, influencer Martina Oliveira, known as Beiçola from Privacy.
Martina donated around R$20,000 to Marcos, of which R$12,000 was for three months’ overdue rent payments and two months’ advance payment. The actor, who is facing a serious financial crisis, received an eviction order on August 21. He had ten days to leave his apartment in Botafogo, in the south of Rio. “I’m in a panic, I don’t know where I’m going,” he said at the time.
This Monday (2), Marcos’ lawyer, Rose Scalco, published the news on Instagram, celebrating Martina’s help.
“Influencer Martina Oliveira, who became known as Beiçola’s daughter due to her resemblance to the character, paid the rent debt to avoid eviction and another two months to pay so that we have time to find a cheaper place for him to live,” wrote Rose.
In total, the value of the eviction action was almost R$20,000, including the outstanding rent, legal costs and fees. However, the lawyer managed to have the fees waived due to the actor’s circumstances.
