OR Meghan Markle (Meghan Markle) was at the opening of a bookstore in Santa Barbaranear her residence in Montecito, where she has been living since 2020 with her husband prince harry.

In a snapshot shared by author Laura Lynne Jackson (Laura Lynne Jackson), on her Instagram Stories, the Meghan Markle she appears to be standing and speaking at the event hosted by her friend Oprah Winfrey (Oprah Winfrey).

“The speakers’ brightest moment,” the author captioned the post.

Among those present was the actor Marco Leone (Marco Leone), the author Saka Senghor (Shaka Senghor) and astrology and psychology expert, Jennifer Fried (Jennifer Freed), according to People.

The Duchess of Sussex, at the opening of “Godmothers” created by Jennifer Rudolph Walsh and Victoria Jackson, in Summerland, California, chose to wear a blue Club Monaco jumpsuit while combining it with a pair of diamond earrings.

Prince Harry did not attend the event, but in the store window among the books was ‘Spare’, which will be released in 2023, as well as Meghan’s illustrated bestseller ‘The Bench’.

“This is the local writers’ shelf when you first walk in…we celebrate our hometown writers like they’re our hometown heroes, because to us they are,” Walsh said in a video.
