The “Rocky” star reportedly bought the property with cash and did not need to take out a loan. Of course, whether his daughters will pay ENFIA is something we don’t know… This is an 8-bedroom residence that -really- has it all.
Although the purchase is not yet complete, there are very few details left until the famous actor gives his daughters their dream home.
Stallonewho currently lives in a $35 million mansion in Palm Beach, Fla., made an offer on the property after two video tours, according to the publication. However, he has never seen it in person. The house – with nine bathrooms – has three floors and is only a short distance from the beach.
The mansion was decorated by award-winning interior designer, James Michael Howard. “Every detail, from the furniture to the rugs, curtains and lighting, with antiques from around the world, has been meticulously selected for this stunning home,” reports the publication. The exquisite flooring was done by craftsmen flown in from the South.
The actor’s two older daughters, who he shares with wife Jennifer Flavin, recently moved from the West Coast to New York, which was featured in the second season of the Paramount+ reality series, “The Family Stallone.” Meanwhile, their youngest daughter attends the University of Miami.
