It seems that the tables have turned for Patrícia Veloso, the grumpy girl who became a hit on social media after appearing in the trailer for “Pra sempre Paquitas” on Globo, giving a scolding for having been waiting for hours to go on the show. “What kind of Xou da Xuxa is this?”, she shouted.

Since the video went viral, she not only had the chance to meet her ‘idol’ and enjoy her sudden fame at Rock in Rio (where she did not speak to the press because she had an exclusive contract with Luciano Huck until Sunday, the 22nd), but she also says that she has been receiving job offers. “There are a lot of things that are coming up.” One of them was a commercial for Magazine Luiza.

“It was such a big change! It changed my life so much! I’m getting a lot of invitations,” Patrícia told F5. “The response has been very positive and pleasant, and it goes beyond the meme,” she said.

The meeting with Xuxa at the festival was one of them. At the invitation of Itaú, the teacher went to the event with star status, circulated through the VIP area, and says that, right after the presenter’s show, she did another job and recorded the commercial for Magalu.

On Domingão with Luciano Huck, he recreated the viral meme.

Mother of Davi Fernando, 9 years old, who has autism, Patrícia said that, since the meme, she has received many messages of identification from atypical mothers, like her: “I am having the opportunity to meet good people, who are going through the same situation as me regarding autism, of giving up their dreams because of their son.”

The teacher said she has difficulty paying for the treatments her son needs: “I don’t really work, and my son’s benefits have already been denied three times. The public health system can’t handle so many special needs people. They don’t offer all the necessary treatments. My husband has to work a lot to pay for them.”

“Right now, I’m embracing the jobs that are coming my way, because my son needs them. May they continue to come,” she hopes.
