Clint Eastwood released a small taste of his new drama film full of moral dilemmas, “Juror #2”starring Nicholas Hoult. “This is a movie that I would like to see and that I think a lot of people will like. It examines the gray areas between the black and white of everyday situations and makes you decide for yourself.” the iconic star and director said in a statement to “People.”

He added that he started with a “good script” from Jonathan Abrams and a “strong story that he thought would make a good movie.” “I’m really intrigued when a story puts a character in a moral dilemma, and that’s a dilemma we could all imagine ourselves in or relate to in some way” he added. The star-studded cast includes, among others, Toni Collette, Zoe Dutch, Kiefer Sutherland and J. K. Simmons.

“We had a really great group of actors, led by Nicholas Hoult who really impressed me – he’s what I think a movie star is.”the Hollywood legend continues. “Everyone was very professional, they came prepared and ready to work, but more than that we laughed every day. Whether I’m directing or acting, I think it’s important to enjoy the work, and that’s what we did.”

“Juror #2” marks Eastwood’s return to the director’s chair. It will make its world premiere as the Closing Film of the 38th AFI Fest on October 27th, and is expected to be released in theaters on November 1st.
