The new series “Witch- Flaming Heart» premieres tomorrow and today the Weekenders welcomed him to the set of the show Spyros Chatziagelakisthe Jesuit monk who will play an important role in history.

“I’m really anxious because there was an official premiere last week and I was the only one who had a shoot so I didn’t see it and I’m extremely anxious,” said the actor who, however, does not appear in the first episode as a role. Afterwards, they all watched an exclusive clip from the first episode together and when they returned to the set they continued their conversation about the series.

“There is a connection to connect it to the previous season. Elli Tryngou appears in some episodes as a guest, to connect the generations. Because I see the kids on set and it talks about a time you haven’t lived through, it’s very special. I am essentially the bearer of history, who sees the world and what is happening, and records what is happening and they come in 1900 to see history as it has been done up until then” Spyros Chatziagelakis clarified.

“I was reading that they took down your instagram at some point which is essentially a tool for your work, because you are also a very good photographer and you have a specialization in a certain type of photography you photograph bodies they thought it was inappropriate content. Because monsters are written in general, how is it possible for them to let a job like yours be considered forbidden” Thanasis Patras started the conversation and Spyros Chatziagelakis replied:

“I am not an expert to answer such a thing. I think it’s a sign of the times. That’s how it is, that’s how we’re made. This is how our conservative society works. Something artistic, even, even if it is naked, keeps it from spoiling, I don’t know what to spoil, while we can freely write what we want, curse people, treat people badly.

You want to capture something specific, have a concept behind it, otherwise it becomes pornographic material! You see the beauty of a person whether they are in their clothes or not. I realized at some point because I like to play with lighting, the shadows on the body are washed out very nicely.

For me the beauty of a person has nothing to do with their weight but with what they radiate. But with my professional obligations, I have almost a year and a half to do any photography.”
While in closing he revealed that he has accepted offers to do other things on television besides roles in series:

“They did a couple of things to me, but as soon as they call me I put them aside. This year I was offered a trial in a game. I feel very out of touch and out of it. I’m ashamed, it’s not an easy thing, but it can be in the future.”
