Gisele Bundchen she is pregnant and expecting her first child with jiu-jitsu master Joaquim Valente. The 44-year-old model has been dating Valente, 35, since June 2023, shortly after her divorce from Tom Brady. This is the third child for Gisele.
According to the international media, the well-known model is in the 5th-6th month of her pregnancy. Joaquim, who is a jiu-jitsu master, runs his own gym with his brothers Pedro and Gui Valente in Miami. They first met in December 2021 when she sought out a jiu-jitsu coach for her son and then decided to take lessons as well.
In early July, the couple enjoyed their summer vacation in Costa Rica with her two children. She stated in “Dust Magazine”: “At first, I didn’t even think about it for myself. But when I brought my son to the first lesson and started talking to Joaquim, I realized it was much more than self-defense.” Adding that she was most interested in the philosophy of jiu-jitsu: “It felt like it really fit with what I believe and am looking for in life and how I can be the best version of myself.”
